Human Resources Pathway

The Human Resources pathway contains a variety of careers based on specific knowledge, skill-sets, and necessary educational requirements. Some of the workers who enter careers in this pathway tend to have strong interests in helping their companies obtain the best workers for the job. They enjoy looking out for the welfare of workers, their pay and working conditions, problems they may have at work, and even education and training they may need to improve their work performance. These workers realize human resources are what keep a company strong and healthy, and their job is to make sure a company’s employees are happy, trained, and productive.
