A job shadow experience is one great way to learn first-hand about the world of work within a particular industry. While each job shadow experience is unique, you can count on walking away with new knowledge and a better understanding of what it takes to be successful in a career.
What do students say about job shadowing? Read what real students said about a job shadow event provided by AT&T and Junior Achievement (JA Worldwide):
- "JA Job Shadow opened my eyes to see what is out there when I graduate."
- "It really motivates students to work harder because everything is possible!"
- "It helped me to understand how important it is to stay in school in order to reach your dreams."
- "The information helped me figure out what kind of job I want in the future and how I can reach my goals."
- "An exceptional experience to have."
